Assignment 2

For my assignment project I was told to capture 3 pictures in my local area of 3 scanned images to do with Historical, Religious, Sport/Recreation, Science, Entertainment, Hospitality, Seasons, Parks and Leisure. I then had to edit them using any software i decided to go with which was Adobe Photoshop and Paint because I am very familiar with these software's and I know how to use most of their features to edit photos. For the 3 themes I choose to do my assignment were Seasons, History and Parks. I will show the steps in detail of how i got my final image.

Seasons

Original Image - For my original image I choose to take a picture of Newry Canal as it was relevant to my seasons theme.



Scanned Image -  For my scanned image I choose this image because it was similar to my original image.

Final Image - For my final image I edited in a way that it would be eye catching with different effects combined together.

 

 

History

Original Image - For my original image I choose to take this picture because I thought it would go well with the History theme.

Scanned Image - For my scanned image I choose this image because it was similar to  my original image and I thought it was a good image to edit.

Parks 

Original Image - For my original image I choose this image as it was a good relevant image to the Park theme.

Scanned Image -

For my scanned image I choose this image because it was very similar to my original image.

From the 3 images that I have produced the suitability of the software used for the creation of my images are good because I was very familiar with using Picmonkey in the past and I think that the choice of using Picmonkey was a good call. The  image resolution in these images are great as they are not dull and aren't too dark. Also the colour depth in these images really suit there backgrounds I think personally because they are colourful, bright and eye catching. Finally I think that the differnt file formats used in these images are also good as they are in great quality.
